Aree Protette Astigiane

Astigiane Onions are cultivated in Asti and in the Municipalities of Tanaro Valley (Asti). They are harvested in late August.
They have two different typologies: Bionda, with a rounded shape, and Rossa, with an elongate piriform bulb.
