Aree Protette Astigiane

Gobbo Cardoon of Nizza Monferrato belongs to the variety Spadone. It is cultivated in the Municipality of Nizza Monferrato and in the adjacent Municipalities (Asti).
It is harvested between the first ten days of October and the end of November.
