In the territory of Adda Sud Park, between the Municipalities of Lodi and Cavenago d'Adda, there is Lanca di Soltarico, the longest oxbow in Italy. During the flood of the river Adda in 1976 in location Casellario, the river changed its route with a meander jump, forming a 7-km long oxbow, which is gradually silting up and is linked to the river.
