Rye beer produced with grains from the Valle Gesso
Alberto Canavese's art and the rye from Valle Gesso are the secrets of the new arrival among the Troll beers: the rye beer Brunalpina, produced by using rye grains from the 2012 harvest. It is a brown ale style beer, characterized by a strong structure and balance. Amber-coloured, dry and with a low alcohol content (5% ABV) this beer is characterized by the presence of the raw rye from the Maritime Alps, which gives beer's taste dryness and balsamic notes, also thanks to the the addition of a distilled liquor produced with herbs and called "Arquebuse". Despite the low alcohol content this beer has a typical balsamic aroma and a balanced as well as persistent taste.
