Seen from Padua, the Euganei hills look like scattered curves on the horizon, whose silhouettes greatly vary: cone-shaped peaks overlook gentle slopes, creating a charming effect. In this unique scenery, nature reveals itself in its multiple forms, and archaeological remains tell a history of ancient civilisations. The whole area of the Euganean hills, which includes about a hundred reliefs, is encompassed within Colli Euganei Regional Park.
