7. Itineray of the clam

On Friday, Saturday and holidays
Route with departure from the tourist harbor of the small city of Goro and visit to the clam farming tanks (from 10.00 am to 11.00 am). One goes on by bike along the bank of the Sacca di Goro up to Gorino (about 8 km).
The itinerary by boat departs from here at 2.30 pm, in the river mouth and in the Sacca di Goro (see Birdwatching al vecchio faro). At the end of the tour at 4.30 pm, one goes back by bike to the tourist harbor in Goro along the Destra Po bank (8 km). Near the route there are many holiday farms and restaurants with typical local products.
Period: from 20th march to 7th June, from 11th September to 1st November, every Friday, Saturday and days before holidays at 2.30 pm.
Duration: all day long
Costs: excursions by boat, optional bike rental, entrance and visit to the clam farming area.
