	The Po Delta between Memory and Future. Four Centuries Later the River Po Cut-Off
	As from today you will find online the exhibit on the evolution of the Po Delta, realized thanks to the will of the Parks of the Po Delta of Emilia-Romagna and Veneto within the Project Leader + Heritage Promotion As from today it is possible to retrace online the different historical stages of the evolution of the Po Delta in the new specific website you can find at the address: www.parchideltapo.it/taglio.del.po, where you can look up, in Italian and English, the material that has been on display in the interesting exhibit "Il Delta fra memoria e futuro. A quattro secoli dal Taglio del Po" (“The Po Delta between Memory and Future - Four Centuries Later the River Po Cut-Off”). The Po Delta has been formed over millennia by the sediments deposited by our largest river and redistributed by the action of the sea and the wind. Over time, men have acquired an increasingly important role in the evolution of the Delta and they became the protagonists when, four centuries ago, they performed Porto Viro cut-off, from which the Modern Delta originated. Both the web site and the exhibit have been realized thanks to the Parks of the Po Delta of Emilia-Romagna and Veneto, within the Community Initiative Leader + Heritage Promotion and in agreement with the Regions Emilia-Romagna and Veneto, the Provinces of Ferrara, Ravenna, and Rovigo, as well as with Gal Delta 2000 and Polesine Delta Po.

	Exposition en ligne sur l’évolution du Delta, réalisée par les Parcs du Delta del Po emiliano-romagnolo et du Delta del Po veneto dans le cadre du projet Leader + Heritage Promotion Il est possible aujourd’hui de reparcourir les différentes étapes historiques de l’évolution du Delta du Pô sur le nouveau site web www.parchideltapo.it/taglio.del.po, où l’on peut consulter, en italien et en anglais, le contenu de l’exposition "Il Delta fra memoria e futuro. A quattro secoli dal Taglio del Po". Le territoire du delta du Pô a été créé, au fil des millénaires, par les sédiments déposés par le plus grand fleuve italien et transportés par l’action de la mer et du vent. Avec le temps, l’homme a joué un rôle toujours plus important pour l’évolution du Delta, jusqu’à en devenir le protagoniste il y a quatre siècles, quand fut réalisé le détournement de Porto Viro qui marque l’origine du Delta moderne. Aussi bien l’exposition que ce nouveau site ont été fortement voulus par les Parcs du Delta del Po emiliano-romagnolo et du Delta veneto, dans le cadre de l’initiative communautaire Leader + Heritage Promotion, et en collaboration avec les provinces de Ferrare, Ravenne et Rovigo, le Gal Delta 2000 et Polesine Delta Po.
