A mountain agriculture
The brochure recalls the agricultural past of Ampezzo valley, when
the families lived by agriculture and breeding: the field ploughing,
the harvesting, the threshing, the flax working, the weaving, and the
use of the cultivated food in the local cuisine. Particular attention
is paid to the phases of flax working and weaving, traditional
activities which have nowadays disappeared.
