Technical, linguistic, medicinal, and artistic reflections on the issue of bread.
The meeting, between Bread and Theater, is inspired to "Barbarià", the theater performance created in 2006 by
Laboratorio Permanente di Ricerca Teatrale di Salbertrand, directed by Renato Sibille.
An occasion to analyze the traces that the different stages of the bread cycle, from the sowing of the cereals to the dough making and the baking, have left in the history, culture, and language of upper Susa Valley.
