Trail no. 7, called in the past "via du Gran Bò" leaves at 1,840m, along the road leading from Seu to Alpeggio delle Selle. Go ahead among clearings and young larch trees and get to the thickest wood. At 760 m from the departure point, a junction gives you the opportunity to go down on the right towards Monfol or to go ahead and reach the Road of the Cannons, at 2,115m.
