Parco Naturale La Mandria

Surrounded by the lush greenery of the Park, the Castle of La Mandria hosts the Royal Apartements of Vittorio Emanuele II of Savoy (1820-1878) and Rosa Vercellana (1833-1885), countess of Mirafiori and Fontanafredda. Consisting of more than 20 rooms, they are designed and organized for the wealthy country life of the sovereign with his beloved woman and his family, and they show the passions of the first king of Italy.
