Forcello Archaeological Park was created around the ruins of the Etruscan village, in order to safeguard at least part of it, and to promote knowledge of the very important scientific results that the excavations - still ongoing and visitable - brought about.
The structure consists of a multimedia room, a laboratory for researchers, and equipped workshops with educational posters on the history of Padanian Etruria and on the village of Forcello. On the basis of information collected through the excavations, a loom and two kilns were also rebuilt.
The Park carries out educational activities for all school grades, including several different itineraries on Etruscan handcraft and on the profession of archaeologist.
