Curiosities: In the past, milk was combined with rice to prepare a famous cake (the rice cake). To prepare this cake you need one liter milk, half liter water, 400g rice, and salt.
Boil milk together with salt, oil, and water; add the rice and stir frequently, to avoid it sticking. It is served hot.
Preparation: The milk is obtained from Frisona breed cows.
The processing, pasteurization, and packaging take place during the same night the product has been delivered. Afterwards, the product is sent to the sales points.
