Inauguration of the Mario Andreoli sparkling nativity scene in Manarola
Friday, 8th December 2017
2.30 pm approximately - Manarola train station: arrival of the special train from Genoa, arranged by the Department of Transport of Region Liguria. Welcome concert by the Puccini Music Society conducted by Maestro Gabriele Castellani; the concert is dedicated to the delegation of disabled people, with their families and companions, organised by the Regional Council for the Rights of Disabled People and Associazione Fa.Di.Vi e Oltre.
4.45 pm - In front of the Church of San Lorenzo: Authorities' welcome speeches, with the attendance of Mr. Mario Andreoli and the associations
5.00 pm: Torchlight procession to the nativity scene on Collina delle Tre Croci, organised by CAI La Spezia
5.30 pm: Illumination of the nativity scene on Collina delle Tre Croci, fireworks
Food and beverage stands will be open in Manarola starting from 3.00 pm
On the occasion of the nativity scene inauguration, a Christmas market will be held in the village during the whole day
