Seven years ago, the Per Tramonti Association ODV started a project against the vineyards' abandonment. Some owners, who could no longer take care of them, sold their vineyards on free loan to the Association.

The Association has replanted new vines and has been producing and distributing a white wine, Cimento, for three years. The project is called T.R.A. MONTI - Lands Given back to Agriculture.
