Attention: restoration works Via dell'Amore
From 25.04.2022 to 31.07.2024, interdiction of the activities in the stretch of water in front of the Via dell'Amore during daytime, to allow the restoration works and the mitigation of hydrogeological risk
(Sede del Parco Nazionale delle Cinque Terre, 22 Apr 22) Navigation, stopping, fishing, bathing, as well as any other maritime activity, even underwater, are forbidden, with the requirement to keep a distance of 100 meters from the coastline and to proceed with the utmost caution paying particular attention.
This is to allow the Government Commissioner for the fight against hydrogeological instability in the Ligurian Region to carry out the restoration and mitigation of hydrogeological risk. The aim is to reopen the Via dell'Amore in Riomaggiore and to protect public safety through the regulation of maritime traffic in the stretch of water affected by the works.
