The new Park’s Info line
The Park’s tourist welcoming is enhanced by a new service dedicated to tourist information, active every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the phone number +39 0187-1857573 and at the email infopoint@parconazionale5terre.it
(Parco Cinque Terre, 13 Jul 23) The new Info Line of the Park, active every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the phone number 0039 0187 1857573 and at the email infopoint@parconazionale5terre.it, was created to guide and help tourists during the planning phase of their travel itinerary to the Cinque Terre.
The service is integrated into the Park's tourist welcoming system and is managed by expert operators of the Consorzio Ati 5 Terre, who provide real-time information on services and products, cultural and nature points of interest, correct rules of conduct, as well as advice and indications on how best to discover the protected area while respecting the environment and the local community.
This is an important tool that creates a direct link between the Park, tourists and local tourism businesses, to share the specific features of the area, in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons, as well as to enhance the services and initiatives offered by the Cinque Terre Service Card.
It is also useful to make communication for risk prevention timelier, e.g., in the event of weather warnings or peaks in attendance at particular times or during holidays.
