From Campiglia Soana, ancient parish and town hall seat, climb along the dirt trail leading to Azaria plateau. Before reaching it, take on the right a well-marked detour to S. Besso Sanctuary.
Crossing Azaria plateaus, in spring you can admire one of the greatest concentrations of chamois of the whole park. Moreover, it is easy to sight marmots, and the alpine flora is wonderful.

Remarks: check the accessibility of the trail between Alpe la Balma and Grange Arietta.
