From Verbania-Intra to Trobaso and to Cambiasca (about 4.5 km). Continue along the road going beyond Ramello country hamlet and going ahead in the valley (3 km), reach a bridge, turn left and start the steep uphill trail leading in further 3 km to Intragna. Another asphalt road, for further 4 km, leads to Gabbio car park.
