Mincio Park and Oglio Sud Park, with the contribution of the Province of Cremona and Consorzio Agrituristico Mantovano, have decided to print this manual that, with pretext of recovering ancient recipes, provides us knowledge on obsolete plants, today marginal and often neglected.
The book is dedicated to the ancient use of these plants, recovering them from the depth of the Po Plain culture, warning us that some of them, once abundant, are now rare and protected by regional laws.
This manual is for sale in the best libraries, in the visitor centers of Mincio Park at the price of 10 Euros, while it is sold out in the offices of Oglio Sud Park.
