Deer breeding bellow
Love and courting among the deers of Paneveggio Forest.
(Tonadico, 11 Sep 12) On Saturday 22nd, Sunday 23rd, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September
In the afternoon participants will be introduced to a day dedicated to deers.
A short presentation about the deers of the Park will be shown and the
radiotracking technique used to study their behaviour will be explained.
It will follow an easy hike to detect signs of presence of the animal which
is the symbol of Panveggio Forest, to observe the main features of its
habitat and
to meet a little herd. In the evening: night hike in Paneveggio Forest
to listen to deer breeding bellow.
Meeting at 3 p.m. at the Visitor Center in Paneveggio.
Participation fee 7 Euro (maximum 25 participants on each day).
