The video presents the most significant bird species observed in two recovered environments of the plain of Piedmont. They are abandoned quarries, with relative areas and lakes derived from the extraction of gravel, different one from the other for history and features. A recently abandoned quarry in loc. Paracollo near Saluzzo, with not very deep waters present only in some periods of the year and another one, in Faule, with deep waters, whose environment has been recovered with various safeguard and improvement measures.
