This itinerary combines the beauty of the environment of the Rocca with a total accessibility. Leaving from S. Lorenzo Church square you will reach the Park by climbing the so-called "Scala Santa" (Holy Stairs) near Villa Giolitti. After climbing the staircase, you will turn left along the pedestrian street and, at "Bivio di S. Maurizio" (S. Maurizio fork), you will turn right to reach "Gir Neuv", a left hairpin bend leading to "Roca nera". From here, always following the pedestrian route, avoiding the trail on the left and the one on the right, you will reach "Roca Garbero" whose name derives from one of the names carved in the rock. After a few meters from the last hairpin bend, you will see the chain indicating the end of the pedestrian street. Beyond it on the right you will reach the flight of steps leading to Pilone della Vetta (462m above sea-level) or to the recreational area and public shelter.
