Leaving from S. Lorenzo square go towards the Rocca but, instead of climbing the "Scala Santa", turn left in the ancient "Stra d'l Cucu", along the walls of Villa Giolitti Park. Go ahead for about 400 meters until you see Piazza Saroglia. Go ahead for another 150 meters on the right and take the first uphill dirt road. After a while, you will see a plain in the direction of S. Maria Abbey, in the east of the Rocca. Going ahead, immediately before a slight right bend characterized by a brickwork pillar, you can observe "Pera d'la Pansa", a monument dug into the rock, probably of Celtic origins. Continue to follow the trail avoiding lateral routes, the first one on the left and the second one on the right, since they lead to private properties. The road ends in a yard. After crossing it and taking a short uphill trail, you will reach the hairpin bend of "Tin-a 'd Pera" along the carriage road leading to the summit.
