The volume opens with a summary table dedicated to the Park fish fauna and with a chapter containing general information of bony fish. Then there is a presentation of the different species, divided according to the family they belong to (with description of the characteristics): each species is illustrated with a color photo and with drawings of some details. The aspect, diet, reproduction behavior, and presence in the Park waters are specified for each fish.
The volume is completed by a glossary of terms.
