Parco Naturale della Val Troncea

There are only two breeders-dairymen in Val Troncea Park, but this micro-reality deserves to be mentioned. As a matter of fact, both of them lead their cows to the mountain grazing lands, and both produce the so-called "tome" with raw milk.
