Extra-virgin Olive Oil "Terra D'Otranto" PDO

The PDO extra-virgin olive oil "Terra D'Otranto" means tradition, culture, proficiency, olive growing in the respect of nature and territory, with the main aim to defend the consumer.
The PDO oil "Terra d'Otranto" is obtained from the Salento typical olive groves, dominated from "Cellina di Nardò" and "Ogliarola di Lecce" varieties.
The olives, directly gathered from the plant when they have reached the right degree of ripening and immediately processed, can give a product of excellent quality reflecting the colors and tastes of Salento.
The PDO extra-virgin olive oil "Terra d'Otranto" has color shades going from green to yellow, with a high content of antioxidant and aromatic substances able to play a very important role both from a nutritional and organoleptic point of view, giving to local and non-local cuisine a high-quality standard.
