Sacro Monte di Varallo Reserve, in association with the other protected Sacri Monti of Piedmont, created in 2007 the journal "Sacri Monti", an art, conservation, landscape, and spirituality journal of Sacri Monti of Piedmont and Lombardy, illustrating the history and the conservation and enhancement activities of the nine Sacri Monti forming the Unesco site of Sacri Monti piemontesi e lombardi: Belmonte, Crea, Domodossola, Ghiffa, Oropa, Orta, Ossuccio, Varese, and Varallo.
