The Nature Reserve Visitor Center is situated in loc. Ia Alpe, in the ancient building renovated by ERSAF. Here you will find information panels and specific natural finds of the protected area concerning geology, vegetation, and wildlife.
In the same premises, a museum dedicated to the enhancement of the mountain promotion and the local farmers' traditions will soon be available thanks to the collaboration with the Municipality of Canzo.
It is possible to carry out tours thanks to the presence of many well-marked paths which are easy to follow. They cross the Reserve connecting it with important tourist areas like Cornizzolo, Corni di Canzo, and Moregallo.
Within the Nature Reserve in loc. Alpe Alto, a rest stop has been prepared, while near the entrances of the protected area, along the paths, information panels and a map have been placed. You can find drinkable water in the following locations: IIa Alpe, Acqua del Fò, Alpe Alto, Sasso Malascarpa (100m below, towards Valmadrera).

In the Environmental Education Center in Prim'Alpe, open all the year round, didactic and environmental education activities are organized through informative courses and guided visits.
Accommodation facilities (room and board) are granted by some accommodation structures situated next to the Reserve: the Center in Ia Alpe, the holiday farm in IIIa Alpe, M. Consiglieri Mountain hut (S.E.C.-Civate), and the refreshment point in San Tomaso (O.S.A.-Valmadrera).

The Nature Reserve Visitor Center is open from 1st December 2000.
It is provided with a paleontological museum-lab where you can observe and touch some of the fossils which have been found in the Reserve, a collection of wood, the herbarium with the local flora, a diorama, and several didactic panels.
