Protected Areas in the Principality of Andorra
In the Principality of Andorra there are no protected areas, except the site of Madriu-Claror-Perafita Valley which has been inserted in 2004 in the Unesco World Heritage List.
However, the natural heritage is managed by Ministeri d'Agricultura i Medi Ambient (Department of Agriculture and Environment) and in particular by Departament de Medi Ambient of the Andorra Government.
