They are both country hamlets situated on the slopes of Mt. San Mauro and Mt. Grave. Although the villages have been abandoned in the last decades, an efficient trail network (with itineraries for mountain bikes too) is particularly suitable for winter walks. The itineraries leading to the small church of San Mauro and to the country hamlet of Al Pos, offering wonderful panoramas, are characterized by a very interesting flora. Only for the best trained hikers, we can suggest some trails reaching the summits of the two mountains (spectacular views) or crossing the entire massif up to Val di San Martin, or Val Canzoi across Forcella San Mauro.
