The final stretch is spectacular, thanks to the views that turn from rocks to gullies (gypsum is now replaced by clay), with gentle slopes that are also wild on the steeper portions. The route crosses the beautiful medieval town of Brisighella, with its three rocky hills and the evocative old town.
The arrival in Faenza is just triumphal, after a last stretch on the noble hill of Castel Raniero, with its pine trees and XIX century villas.
