The territory of Antola Park houses many pastures for different cow breeds mainly used for meat production. Traditional breeding includes a period of seven-eight months of summer grazing (April - November) and about four months in the stable (December - March), depending of course from the quantity of fodder available. The diet of these animals is mainly based on grazing, carried out within the regional protected area, while during the winter they are fed with hay coming from meadows where no chemical fertilizers are used and with high-quality fodder.
The methods and care with which these animals are bred are the guarantee of the final product, the meat of Antola, a healthy and natural product.
